Dear all, we have jabberd2 as our LAN server, using port TCP/5223 to
connect via SSL. We use the PSI jabber client to communicate among us.

When I send a file to one of my contacts, I realize the connection
between my contact and me is peer-to-peer and not using the TCP/5223
jabber server port. This is not good to me because we have several
firewalls that deny this peer-to-peer traffic.

How can I do to allow the file transfer only via TCP/5223 port ???

Thanks a lot

Alejandro

I suggest disabling such firewalls, or at least making a hole to allow it.

I believe there's a proxy service you can setup for some XMPP servers.
